Our design philosophy hopes to transform the energy in this three-dimensional space and start the creative journey in every corner. The theme of "Treasure in the South China Sea" originating from the good natural primitive ecology of the project where Zhanjiang is located and the sheer tension contained in the project's architectural appearance, coupled with the maritime commercial civilization created by the China Merchants Bureau for shipping and trade, together, they inspired us to design: taking the architectural form of "Sailing with Wind", going through the century-old history of China Merchants to find the treasures of civilization that belong to Zhanjiang, and apply them to serve the contemporary and future-oriented new era of human settlements. This became the inspiration that guided our interior design journey. This project is an interpretation of the geometric modern design vocabulary of the architectural form "Sailing with Wind", creating a more dramatic theme of the interior and sculptural space with Zhanjiang characteristics. The entire scene manipulates light, shadow, and virtuality. Peaceful, and ultimately seamlessly integrated with the building. The three-story space layout of the entire sales office is very direct and clear. The public space for display and part of the reception office area are located on the first floor; the entire project negotiation area, model area, and contract area are located on the second floor with sea views; the back office and VIP negotiation space are located on the third floor. Entering from the entrance, the investment history and cultural exhibition "Hundred Years of Investment Promotion", Zhanjiang City Style Exhibition "Bright Zhanjiang", and the multi-functional audio-visual area "Koi Observation House" (named after the meaning of happy koi in the water for a merrily gather), and the sales center before reception, together, the halls form a "hospitality all around the world" of the large welcoming area, which is the embodiment of the unique spirit and brand essence of China Merchants. When people all the way up to the second floor, "Sea View Hall (it's the sales negotiation area, with unique and rare marine resources, birds and flowers in the natural environment, and enjoyment of leisure time, negotiation and house selection moments)', they will be surprised to find that the three-dimensional volume of the first-floor exhibition hall at the same time inadvertently evolved into a dramatic double-height space, surrounded by cutting-surfaces covered by various mirrors and wooden finishes. The model area is "Scenery Observation Hall (named after the meaning of observing the ingenuity of architectural landscape design)", and the art hall "Time Gallery (named after the meaning that in the passage of time, inspiration is growing and the soul is quiet). Coming to the third floor, the back office and VIP negotiation area "Enlightenment Hall (a metaphor for life in a mysterious realm)" simulates a polished jewel suspended in the end of the space, and seems to indicate that this is the end of the design and visit journey. The "Rhombus Lattice" right here will eventually form an ultimate "South China Sea Collection".
