Crossing the Great Wall of Qi, crossing the Taiyi Mountains and arriving at the new geographical imprint of a mountain peak on top of the cliffs where time has worked for ages. On 22 November 2022, BRIGHT QI Hotels and Resort launched at the Tanxi Mountain Resort in Zibo, Shandong Province. Standing 800 metres above sea level on cliffs, Bright Qi Hotels & Resort consists of Cave Hotel, Cliff Hotel, Skyview Hotel, Mine Hotel, Forest Wood Cottage and Bright Qi Restaurant, creating unique memories for travellers with an 'Earth Inner Voyage' adventure journey through exploratory design and locally immersive experiences.

The cliff hotel is located 800 metres above sea level in the middle of cliffs and is part of the geological mountain building movement and an organic extension of the cliff's rock structure. The entire space is designed to adhere to the natural cliff wall, with a circular semi-enclosed façade that uses the cliff lighthouse form as an interface with the outside world, connecting the ancient mountain civilisation with a lifestyle that leads to the future.

From the outside, BRIGHT QI Hotels and Resort looks like it has burst out of a massive rock, with metal and glass outlining a clear skeleton that is simple, restrained and trusting. The exposed rock faces and the building support each other, completing a wonderful connection, while the top is designed as a standard helipad, constantly echoing with the sky.
