A "Plaza-Hub" Heart and Domestic Warmth: Reimagining Office Space

This project transforms a traditional office into a vibrant, collaborative environment with a unique "Plaza-Hub" at its core. This circular hub, a geometric shape closely associated with the brand, anchors the layout and serves as a multipurpose space for meetings, social gatherings, and brand activations. A large screen and adaptable curtain allow for varied presentations and interactions, making it a dynamic communication center.

Adjacent to the Plaza-Hub, a fully equipped work café provides refreshments and flows into a comfortable soft seating area, further enhancing the space's flexibility. The open office area is divided into three color-coded sectors, each with its own amenities. Carefully selected lighting and integrated greenery create a comfortable, almost domestic atmosphere, striking a balance between intimacy and visual appeal. Soft seating areas and service points are interspersed throughout, while open, collaborative management zones occupy the corners, facilitating interaction and transparency.

Strategically placed "devices" throughout the open office serve multiple functions. They offer semi-enclosed spaces for informal meetings, enclosed booths for private calls, and areas for quick team discussions. These devices also provide acoustic insulation, act as wayfinding elements with their distinct colors and signage, and incorporate screens that display company information and product updates.

The office entrance features the company logo on a stabilized moss wall, creating a striking first impression. A central service core with storage lockers allows employees to personalize their workspace in this unassigned environment, while integrated seating encourages impromptu collaborations.

This project seamlessly blends the company's branding and colors with a warm, domestic aesthetic. The urban feel of the Plaza-Hub provides a dynamic contrast, connecting with the rest of the office through natural elements like wood and greenery. The result is a harmonious and inspiring workspace that fosters both productivity and a sense of community.
