Our goal is through our original design to create an office that not only represents CBRE’s culture and vision but also tells a different story of Hong Kong. The result is a unique workspace that is well-balanced between aesthetics, functionality, and wellbeing. Many people relate Hong Kong with the skyline, cityscape or Victoria Harbour. Still, little they know that with natural reserves and parks scattered through the territories, 70% of Hong Kong is covered by greenery. With this unique nature of greeneries so close to the city, we sought to connect this significant correlation between “CITY & PARKS.” With “City” being the workspace surrounded by “Parks,” which are meeting, communal & collaboration spaces, reimagining natural elements into architectural features and details to bring this unique experience to CBRE’s new offices.
