The project is a peculiar evolution of the general concept designed by Ossigeno Architettura for the new branches of the Carifermo S.p.A. Bank.
We have been asked to apply this new model for the branches, into the historical central branch, full of reference and links to the past.
Related to this, deducing the guidelines form the main concept, we have realized that project with the aim of keeping a balance between future and past, doing this through the present.
“Create Assonances with the past, to shape the future”.
From that sentence start the project, then focusing on the landscape concept. The narrative and evocative nature of the Marche region landscape, has guided us into the definition of the overall concept and especially for this one.
Actually seen as a remote place, an obstacle, we transform the bank into a domestic and welcoming place, where you can find answers and advice.
Joining the different functions and based on common lean, the purpose is to assemble everything into a common space, a new “Piazza”!
The single rooms of the traditional branches have been outdated to becoming as a part of a bigger whole, thanks to shared places (sofas, lounge areas), transversal and freely crossable.
The client is free to travel and enjoy all the corner of his new “home”, creating synergies, relationship, dialogues and knowledge.
The glass represents the transparency and the future, wood representing the warmness and the present and is the glue with the existing marble, the past.
