The theme of this design is to transform more than 50 years of old brick-made dormitories into modern houses, with the goal of revitalizing old houses. Renovated old houses are usually balanced by incorporating modern elements while retaining the original charm. This combination of new and old adds depth and richness to aesthetics, combining the nostalgia of the past with modern convenience and style.
The interior space shows the real desire for life with simple design lines, hoping to present a relaxed, free and secluded lifestyle, not to overemphasize the design, and to present the most real desire for life with the most concise design lines.
The first floor is a public space, providing family and friends entertainment, catering and communication functions. The open design adds the atmosphere and spaciousness of the space. The dark wood veneer wall and the beige stone bar form a theme, and the dynamic line of the back font makes the space more transparent and has a sense of ceremony. The separate design of the bath and toilet meets the needs of the owner and guests. The tone integrates the natural and harmonious atmosphere, and integrates with the scenery outside the window, so that people can live with nature in an elegant posture.
The second floor is a private area, a living space for male and female owners and children. The five-meter-long bookshelf meets the family's collection of knowledge. The three-meter-long table provides an independent working environment. It is also a place for the family to relax, read and communicate, and enhance parent-child emotions. The master bedroom suite has a bathroom with a separate bathtub and a walk-in cloakroom to meet the needs of modern people for living space. In addition to enjoying material enjoyment, people can also be liberated in their hearts when they return home. The materials are made of earth color, wood and stone, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere, showing the exquisiteness of life from simplicity and comfort. Create an implicit and intrained living environment.
After three years of epidemic, there is work. Business. And the home space with learning function has become a new type of life. In addition to ensuring the healthy living environment of the family, it can also provide residential space design for long-term study and work, which has become a unique living culture.
