After eleven successful years, it was time to take bullerei into the next decade and translate the unique concept into the modern era. The metamorphosis of Bullerei: a combination of strong old design elements that exudes the beloved spirit "open, colorful and vibey", translated into modern times. A rebranding for more intense experiences, more urban emotions and a world in which cosmopolitan family style is inherent. The biggest challenge was to preserve the soul of the restaurant, a feeling of coming home, but nevertheless to revive it significantly. The hurdle was to create a flowing connection between all the spaces, to characteristically strengthen individual areas in their position, but to reinvent them stylistically in their specific independence in order to intensify their radiance and attractiveness for the guests. Their experience should be a design journey of the Bullerei revival. Welcomed by the open atmosphere of the deli - an eclectic, colorful mix of styles, peppered with all manner of international street art elements, climaxing at the repositioned 360° Glamrock Bar, passing lofty pedestals with finale in the pink-dipped fireplace room, the lower-lying séparée with thematic and design elements a modern butcher's shop.
