- To enhance spatial perception and induce the flow of natural light and breeze, wall between the living hall and kitchen was knocked down to create a more spacious visual space.

- The entire floor space, from living to kitchen, is tiled using Italian made terrazzos to induce an impression of a uniform and linear spatial extension of the living area.

- All non-tiled walls are skimmed to smoothen the walls even and slick. The entire living, dining and kitchen magically transform into one large communal space.

- Suspended carpentry is suggested for the living hall. Under-cabinet mood lightings are introduced to contribute a warm glow and sense of lightness to the space.

- It is also a thoughtful take to eliminate visual bulk of the cabinet to create more floor space and let the visual feast on an entire floor of beautiful Italian terrazzo tiles. An arch feature at the dining area is conceptualized to both celebrate an interesting take on the Modern retro style with a shoutout shade of the hottest millennial pink, but it also serves as a functional bench for the dining corner.

- We derive a pop-color arch to take centre stage of this apartment for its strong aesthetic impact and an accent decor.

- To maintain visual consistency, the choice of millennia pink continues to be the anchor shade for the entire stretch of cabinetry pieces in the living hall.

- Other than its birthright to be an area just for cooking, the open kitchen now assumes a more interactive role. It is a space that allows our daily activities of eat, work and play to be interplayed more effortlessly. As a backdrop, bold Italian-inspired pattern tiles are daringly attempted as the kitchen backsplash against a stretch of bright pink wall for additional dramatic effect. The entire kitchen cabinetry are further raised to glory in a splash of royal azure blue. For the rest of the kitchen, the walls are tiled in dark grey subways for a more balanced contrast.

- From a storeroom that was knocked down, we reclaimed floor area to build a spacious master bedroom with a suspended bedside table and study nook in dark taupe hues, to accentuate a sense of sophistication replicating that of a hotel suite.

- Classic Blue, the pantone color of year 2020 was chosen as the palette for the walls to ceiling, instantly crafting the room into an intimate, cozy cave for the bachelor to reflect his most personal moments. The owner had the wall opposite his bed stucco treated to create a stunning feature on it’s own.

- In consistency with the chic ‘hotel suite’ look, we created an illusion of an ensuite bathroom by re-positioning the washbasin out of the master bath into a wash-and-vanity area within the master bedroom.

- To add icing to the cake, we playfully coupled the hottest geo decor using honeycomb tiles for the vanity area while the rest of the floor is covered with a sensual dark walnut vinyl from Belgium for that dramatic statement that wowed the many guests that seen it.
