Every corner tells a story

The story of B+F originates in 2005, as one of the first brands to emerge from the visionary minds of Gastronomica. In 2022, The founder saw an opportunity to uplift the brand, injecting it with a vibrant Mexican flair that features a grill zone, where meat is celebrated in all its glory, surrounded by a relaxed, family-oriented seating.

To pay homage to the mouth-watering meats and sizzling grills that are the heart and soul of B+F, we selected a bold and daring shade of maroon as the key brand color.

To make the rebrand unmistakably clear, we went all-in on color, infusing every inch of the space with rich hues of maroon, evoking a sense of warmth, comfort, and culinary passion.

Two structural columns were connected with arches that spread throughout the entire space, creating an awe-inspiring experience that transported guests to a different time and place. The ceiling was designed with a clean, minimalist approach, concealing all the services to ensure that guests are immersed in the architectural landscape, rather than any industrial elements.

It’s not just the columns and arches that make B+F a feast for the eyes - we also drew inspiration from the vibrant cactus atriums of Mexico, creating a garden-like outdoor feel that hints the vibrant Mexican flavors that await you such as fresh guacamole served table side.

The carefully selected finishes and materials evoke a sense of natural serenity and earthy refinement to celebrate the natural landscape of Mexico. Tumbled travertine stone and stacks of stone blocks were strategically incorporated to segregate the dining area from the kitchen. The flooring is a work of art in itself, a herringbone lay of cement paving, with exquisite Calcatta Violetta slab artfully inserted in random areas, creating a sense of exploration with every step.

The U-shaped seating booths are designed to create a sense of community and togetherness, inviting diners to engage in lively conversations while savoring the delectable cuisine. The opulent Calacatta Viola & Rosso Levanto marble, with its seductive burgundy-red veins, evokes a sense of exotic grandeur and exclusivity.

At the heart of the dining area sits a grand communal table that beckons to those seeking to engage in lively conversations, surrounded by a vibrant ambiance. The live grill area, is prominently displayed in the prime view, capturing the attention of every guest. The rich rosso levanto marble top adorns the communal table, mounted atop natural rocks, elegantly tying the two tables together, forming a captivating union. The presentation of exotic fruits and decor heightens the sensory experience, inviting guests to indulge in a lavish culinary adventure.
