The designer fully fills the warm and elegant sales center and elevated floor demonstration area with the light and shade from silk umbrellas, lotus leaves, water, light and shadow, and ink paintings, creating an elegant atmosphere.
Functionally, Party A hopes to create an elegant and high-quality living atmosphere for customers, which is a microcosm of the lifestyle that homebuyers aspire to. To this end, designers have avoided the monotonous approach of the sales department and are striving for more innovation in their design. The integration of nature and humanity, landscape and ancient and modern, eastern tradition and modern technology forms a rich spatial sequence. Through the combination of the overhead floor demonstration area and the sales center, the indoor space and the natural landscape in the buildings and courtyards form a dialogue.
The designer cleverly utilized 3D printing technology. Firstly, for original accessories and furniture, 3D printing provides great plasticity. Secondly, for environmental sustainability, there is no need to waste more expensive or non recyclable materials.
The exquisite 3D printed lotus leaf lamp and lotus base, as well as the chair back with umbrella bone design elements, the 3D carved area map desktop, and the computer embroidered pillows depict the ancient charm of Jiangnan. People and space are intertwined, showcasing the perfect integration of modern technology and Eastern culture, creating a peaceful spatial atmosphere.
The ceremonial screen entrance hall provides infinite richness with limited white space. The white sandstone wall decoration in the shape of oil paper umbrellas echoes the design of the "umbrella shaped" architectural canopy. The welcoming pine stands in the wild mountain stones from the depths of the mountains, echoing the floating branches at the top. The artificial carbonized wood base combined with the 3D resin base stone bench further interprets the design concept of blending ancient and modern.
