For the new BBDO Bangkok workplace, INTEGRATED FIELD was invited to reimagine not just an office, but a culture. At the heart of this transformation lies a sculptural bar—not only a striking centerpiece of the space, but a symbol of the company’s spirit and creative energy.

The project is anchored in the concept of “Meet the Bar”, a phrase initiated by Larp-Somkiat Larpthananchaiwong, CEO of BBDO Bangkok. It carries two deliberate meanings:
• To meet the standard—reflecting BBDO’s commitment to creative excellence.
• And to meet people at the bar—highlighting the importance of connection, collaboration, and community.

This dual meaning informed the design of the space, where the bar becomes more than a physical object—it becomes a catalyst for culture. It was envisioned as a co-working and gathering zone, encouraging team members to work more fluidly, engage spontaneously, and collaborate meaningfully. It dissolves the rigid boundaries of conventional office settings, replacing them with openness and interaction.

The form of the bar is drawn from the flowing script of “BBDO,” embedding the company’s identity directly into the architecture. CI-inspired elements are subtly integrated into the surfaces—bringing brand and environment into alignment through texture and form.

Around the bar, the workspace is designed to support a new kind of agency life—dynamic, welcoming, and human-centric. Warm materials, ambient lighting, and intuitive layout work together to foster both focus and flow.

By placing the bar at the literal and conceptual center of the workplace, this project doesn’t just offer a place to sit or socialize—it sets a tone. It’s a visual and spatial reminder of the standard that defines BBDO, and the people who come together to raise it, every day.
