Meanwhile, a smaller take-away store It will play a very important role as an addition to the enjoyment of eating at home. When considering the interior design of a take-away store, it is important to create a more unique experience that customers cannot experience on the web. The charm of BAKE CHEESE TART CIAL YOKOHAMA STORE is that cheese tarts are baked in the kitchen at the back of the sales floor. BAKE CHEESE TART CIAL YOKOHAMA STORE is a very small store located in the basement of a building directly connected to the station. Therefore, the materials for the counters are the same as those for the kitchen equipment, without separating the sales floor from the kitchen. By doing this, We wanted to create an immersive experience that would make customers feel like they were lost in the kitchen. The sloping counter expresses how the oven-baked cheese tart rides on a conveyor belt and flows to the customer. By tilting the product, it also has the effect of increasing the attractiveness of freshly baked cheese tarts. In addition, the package display is also expressed as if the package were being carried on a conveyor belt. In that way, an uplifting feeling were brought by the whole space. The cheese tart, which is the main character, is complemented and the atmosphere of a lively store is created. Due to the influence of COVID-19, it is difficult to go to many stores including restaurants. There is no objection to the power of web stores, but the future of interior design is not bright as it is. We understand the value of being able to experience at home, but we also believe that there are experiences that can only be created in physical stores and interior design. As large-scale stores and restaurants continue to close, I thought about what a new store should be. Take-away stores will play an important role in the future as they add fun to dining at home. Even if it is a small store, it is necessary to have an appeal that customers can experience because it is a physical store. We would like many people to know that this small take-away store project conveys the important role of interior design in the future.
