Renovation of existing 1950’s era Asbury Lanes bowling alley into a new multipurpose venue for bowling, music and performances. The Lanes has always played an important part in the local culture of Asbury Park so the intention was to preserve the atmosphere and patina of the space:

• 6 new pro level bowling lanes were installed with re-engineered vintage pin setting machines allowing the mechanisms to be exposed and lit
• Existing dropped ceilings stripped out to expose the roof truss structure
• Old bowling alley floor repurposed as flooring for open floor area in front of the stage
• Backstage and green rooms on either side of the stage are behind vintage speaker walls designed and built with Nashville artist Mat Gifford.
• New diner inserted into one corner of the space whose interior incorporates band and event posters from the Lane’s past.
• Bowling ball flag sculpture of vintage bowling balls suspended over new long bar.
