A 250 sqm big studio space for Specific Generic. The space is a tribute to the Generic expression with some Specific elements. All floors in concrete, partition walls are materialised by fiber concrete boards, ceiling installations are kept raw and exposed. All steel columns are painted with a very matte IKB-Blue color. An environment for creative work, social hangout and great discussions. The idea was to create a space that would cater for a creative process without any strong expressions which dismisses the focus of the work. The space is located in the very city center of Stockholm, it acts as a retreat from the busy streets and alarming environment. A lean project where the use of basic materials sets the foundation and the people are in focus.
