Located in New York City’s energetic NoMad neighborhood, Anagram NoMad is a 50-story, 392-unit rental building that has been renovated to highlight the trend, “hospitality of multifamily.” Developed by Global Holding Management Group and designed by architecture and interiors firm Fogarty Finger, the renovation emphasizes wellness and an extensive package of hotel-like amenities.

Fogarty Finger’s designs were inspired by the surrounding area, with a perfect juxtaposition of neutral and calming tones for the apartments and vibrant, pops of jewel toned colors for the amenity spaces. "Anagram NoMad's lobby, corridors, and apartments are designed with the everyday tenant experience in mind”, said Anja Pavlin, Associate Director with Fogarty Finger. “We used neutral hues to create timelessness, radiate sophistication, and establish calmness.

Amenities are designed with stronger jeweled tones that draw attention, stimulate, and energize. Neutral wood finishes and textures create a relaxed and inviting feel throughout. Fabrics on upholstered furnishings and greenery soften the interiors while custom art and light fixtures, inspired by the vibrant NoMad neighborhood, add an edgy touch to the amenity spaces."

Anagram NoMad’s new amenities were designed to offer a true space for working, living and entertaining. Some of these spaces include a fitness center with a yoga studio and rock climbing wall by Jing Wei, a library, office spaces for co-working, a café and lounge, a children’s playroom, a public-private garden lawn known as The Green, and The Top, a rooftop lounge and terrace with 360-degree views of New York City.

The unique hotel-like amenities create an overall experience with Alfred, an app-based program that assists with various errands and on-request services, TULU, an app-based appliance rental program for apartment dwellers, and a bright flower-inspired art mural by Erin Walsh of Uprise Art, influenced by the nearby flower district.

Each apartment unit at Anagram NoMad features an open-concept layout consisting of in-unit washers and dryers, hardwood flooring, and a gourmet kitchen suitable for entertaining with custom cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
