AMD Aval, a marketing branch for AMD, asked of Archi@Mosphere to design an interdisciplinary office space. The site is sitting on the 44th floor with a square meter of 428. It is located in the financial district of Yeouido, overseeing the Han river and cityscape of Seoul.  A 600 x 600 modular system organizes the spatial arrangement, program distributions, and furniture scales. SMART OFFICE No. 03 is Archi@Mosphere's take on maximizing productivity as well as providing a comfortable working experience for the dynamic working groups of AMD. Treating different work stations as "buildings," employees can freely move around and adapt the space for their needs. Considering the location of the sun and the work productivity, these buildings are micro-managed as multiple villages to suit the various demands of the workers. Such is coined, "Small World Networks," and they are all interconnected. Negative space among the "buildings" and an amphitheater is a cafe, providing comfort and leisure for the workers. Colors are designated to different areas with various programs.
