Alvic Urban Boutique is the new conceptual space of the ALVIC brand by the Architecture and Design Studio Ruiz-Velázquez. The showroom located in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid, seeks the retrospective spirit and is inspired by the great figures of art and culture such as the extraordinary artist Xavier Corberó and the enigmatic painter Giorgio de Chirico. The studio brings to life what was once an emblematic, dark and almost clandestine place of Madrid's theatrical nightlife, turning it into a luminous oasis and an exhibition cathedral for the Alvic brand materials.

The space is a unique workshop, a spacious and wide place full of reflections and flashes created to highlight the goodness of the brand's materials. Every wall, every nook and corner, every sub-space that the architect has managed to extract from the floor plan, make up functional facilities such as private offices, presentation rooms, individual work areas and a show-cooking area available for events. The entire space has an application designed to understand the possibilities of materials from the bathroom to the kitchen.

The combination of the double perimeter heights and the play of arches and perspectives conceive a thoughtful museum style that not only expands the possibilities of vision, but also calls for the cooperation of the visitor, to enhance creativity and expand imaginative horizons with the colors, surfaces, designs and finishes that the Alvic brand has in its wide product range.

One of the most important characteristics of the space and the architect's intention is to leave space for things to happen there, "Let you think". He achieves this with effects of depth and perspective with the construction of the arches, which play with the reflection of the exclusive and unique material of the brand's LUXE plus finish. An imaginary spatial geometry that expands the perspectives in all dimensions of vision offered by the space from any angle.

Ruiz Velazquez studio has strategically designed a delicate way of displaying the materials, in the mural area of the entrance and in unexpectedly large formats, it is possible to see the full extent of the brand's most innovative surfaces. At the same time, facing this mural exhibition, there are work tables designed by the studio where the small and playful samples typical of the brand are sheltered inside, allowing to combine and play with surfaces and colors.

The aim is to create a poetic and artistic spatiality in itself, which leaves space for one's own creativity, and becomes a place of work, worship, consultation and cooperation that the Alvic brand wants to offer to the Contract world.

Constructively it is a sustainable design, a model of constructive eco-design, systematized and articulated in an intelligent way according to the needs of our times, a space built in a modular and fully adaptable way that can perfectly change scale and shapes.
