Video Gallery – With an asymmetrical, cascading ceiling, and a vibrant colour as the backdrop for the projection of videos, makes this rather small space appear to be bigger than it actually is. The directionality of the form and lines enables the visitors to be lead to the subsequent spaces, the video gallery; the use of asymmetricality of features are inspired by the actual residential development project. Art Zones - The difficulty in accommodating the curated Art Zones stem from the minimal residual, left over spaces after the showflats location are fixed. The Art Zones varies in width from maximum of around 4 meters, to a minimum of 1.8m (floor level), to mitigate this limitations while still providing a seamless, experiential journey through the curated Artworks, ceiling levels were lifted to as high as possible (4m), and the use of large faceted mirrors, creating the illusion that the narrow spaces is much wider than it seems; the playful integration of reflections on a waist-level horizontal plane also enables the artwork to be reflected in the down direction, making the artwork seems to continue beyond the floor level. Sales Gallery - The sales gallery are rather functionally driven, with a series of small tables and chairs located in majority of the spaces, with a large linear table at the back, a series of storage cabinets with drawers were designed with the similar asymmetrical feature that is found in the Video gallery.
