That’s why we adhere to the design philosophy of eclectic commonality in this case, where eclecticism serves as a technique and commonality is both expression and meaning. We seek connection points based on consensus, emotions, and cultural commonality. By expressing ourselves through various styles and applying them with rational thought to our present context, we aim to forge emotional connections with others and the world around us.
Upon arrival at the clubhouse, pushing open the verdant double doors, one’s gaze meets the aquamarine hues of the wall paintings. In this tranquil moment, the sequential patterns of the black and white herringbone flooring harmonize reality with dream. Stepping into the lounge, akin to a sudden enlightenment along a winding path, the 6.3-meter-high space welcomes with abundant natural light, offering a liberating sense of scale and inclusivity.
With its symmetrical layout and classical elements in the wall construction details, the space exudes a grand yet delicate and flowing ambiance. Furthermore, LSD adopts an eclectic design approach, favoring inclusivity over distinct interpretations. By keeping space decorations minimal and blending straight and curved lines to harmonize proportions, we achieve a blend of French charm and modern aesthetic.
On the bronze carpet, sleek red and white sofas are positioned near the window. Moooi’s charcoal single armchairs encircle the space, creating an inviting atmosphere above the city. Across the room, a pair of GUCCI embossed chairs are showcased before the tall windows, featuring intricate bee and star patterns with fringed hems, adding a touch of romance to the scene.
The living space transforms into a luxurious haven by blending medieval color schemes, exquisite crystal glass lighting, elegant Bvlgari stones, hand-forged metal furniture, and parabolic patterned mosaic floors. This fusion of classic, modern, and minimalist elements creates a whole new level of luxury and sophistication.
In this clubhouse, each step reveals a new scene, where artistic flair meets functional zoning, seamlessly blending movement with stillness, and scene with emotion. As one ascends the white staircase to the second floor, a semi-open relaxation space welcomes, which serves as a central hub, leading to more secluded areas. From the mezzanine to the private library and then to the tea room, each space offers scenes of retreat and introspection. Unlike the bustling first floor, the second-floor space is designed for personal comfort and tranquility.
As the wide low cabinets glide open, they unveil the private library, framed by artistic wall panels and traditional Chinese screens depicting landscapes. Quirky single sofas and round tea tables add a touch of liveliness to the space. On the other side, the wine cellar and bar counter boast sleek simplicity, complemented by printed lounges, resulting in a harmonious blend of diverse aesthetics.
