Inspired by an energetic metropolitan which are equipped with infrastructure, facilities, building structures and public spaces, generic 10nos. “Urban Elements” are constructed in T-City for the office citizens and sustainable development of the two co-existed companies under single roof: 10 URBAN ELEMENTS Local mixed-use district culture is purposely reflected in T-City, aimed to foster dynamic interaction and encourage encountering in daily living. For each element, the goal is to create a place that offers opportunities for various activities from two company staff to come together in a flexibly adaptable and functional space. These Urban Elements are strategically placed and work together to form a dynamic and well functional town. NETWORK, CITY GATE & PLAZA Efficient Street network (represented by black carpet) is designed along NS longitudinal shape of the site, forming its daily circulation system. Green City Gate (framed by wooden ceiling strip) is integrated with the existing entry point of the Grade A tower, with a huge public Plaza serving as daily lobby. SHARED PUBLIC SPACES The Centralized Café and Tea House is the hub of T-City, where citizens meet and chat daily. Semi-open Tea house of unique structure provide a resting and dining place with openness and freedom. Pocket Park and Amphitheatre are built on both end of Central Avenue to anchor the T-City’s dimensions and to give flexible causal meeting places for daily use.
