In such an era, the design blends with art, work with life as well as beauty with practicality. Traditional boundaries and original rules are broken through, offering varying lifestyles. The Mix Match Life Experience Center comes into being, on 48F of CCD headquarters at the Greater Bay Area. The project fuses a playful spirit of exploration with technological ele-ments to show creative and fantastic visual appeal and features. The space with encompassing exhibits will never fail to surprise you. You can find lamps that are the only one of its kind in the world, diverse floor designs, furniture of different brands, etc. CCD takes you to walk in the memory and shows you the big world from the perspective of a collector who has travelled around the world. For example, there are thousand-year-old Buddha head from Thailand, hand-made carpets from Turkey, Chinese style antique chairs and objects whose origin can’t be traced...A kaleidoscopic and magic space is displayed in front of you and it keeps changing, turns intangible into tangible, creates infinity from finite. The product showroom located at CCD's 49F office has a reputation in the industry, and has been used as a shooting site of promotion videos many times, while the product museum on 48F aims to create a space for the newest top brand products of the world. Exhibits are displayed along the wall so that people can appreciate them as they walk through this long gallery. Every exhibit is a novel and creative product strictly selected by CCD, based on the newest technology and idea of sustainable development, hoping to make innovations by connecting different things. The layout of office area displays appropriate density, variation and novelty, brightness and vigour. The arrangement of different furniture breaks the conventional thinking and thus achieves appropriate density, variation and novelty, just as the garden landscaping strives to have. There are large executive desks, integrated desks and chairs, glass-wall conference rooms that resemble crystal boxes, and so on. Smart space division makes one area independent from but also connected with other areas. Everyone here can enjoy the sunlight comes through the windows. The idea of sharing is realized to the extreme. A Wonderful Living Laboratory It’s an office space that reverses the traditional spatial style. This floor has the workspace, coffee bar, open kitchen, book bar, single sound-proofed cabin, lecture theatre, floating conference room, salon, etc. People in the coffee bar can enjoy an environment with a strong sense of design, intimate and thoughtful services, gentle jazz music, delicious food, etc. This invisible ambience enables people to have immersive experiences here. The open-style kitchen on the other side of the cafe bar takes consideration of oriental food culture and etiquette. The kitchen island provides a space for drinks or buffet dinner, satisfies multiple needs and displays the diversity of space. Besides, this project functions as the showroom of world-class products, as well as a product museum, through which CCD is going to build an online and offline technology platform. Here, people can not only work, but also host events like art salon, movie party, academic seminar, coffee tasting, or business and leisure activities. Communication just naturally happens here, thereby creating infinite possibilities between one and others. “A Modern Art Complex” A classic Chinese garden is a diverse art complex, which integrates literature, painting, calligraphy, engraving, bonsai, drama and others into one. The garden presents an ideal venue for cultural activities like reciting poetry, playing instruments, singing, drinking, etc., conducive to the exchanges and development of different circles. The project inherits the charm of classic Chinese gardens and interprets traditional features in a new way. In other words, the project can be regarded as a modern art complex. Floating Crystal Boxes (Conference Rooms) Several conference rooms that resemble crystal boxes are cleverly arranged in the office area. All transparent glass walls make the room looks like floating in the air, light and interesting, which is a perfect combination of functions and aesthetics.
