Gustave-Collection develops office spaces that reinvent the art of work. Inspired by luxury hotel standards, Gustave offers a full range of high-end services: tea rooms, lounge areas, libraries, gourmet restaurants, bars, terraces, wellness areas... These are exceptional places, with dynamic interiors and offices entirely designed by Studio Vincent Eschalier.

Gustave-Collection believes that employee engagement is driven by their well-being. That's why the spaces combine elegance with performance: sophisticated reception, refined furniture, gourmet restaurant, gym, spa with sauna, hammam, and massage room, room service, concierge... The places embody the French art of hospitality, blending conviviality with confidentiality, generosity with hospitality – in short, a "high-couture work experience" in impressive environments, guided by a taste for excellence.

Here, a six-story building has been composed by Studio Vincent Eschalier according to a custom program tailored to the tenants' needs: a strong identity, meticulous attention to detail, a true luxury service.

The ground floor is occupied by an elegant reception area. The workspaces extend over the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The 5th floor houses the restaurant and bar. The 6th floor is dedicated to the wellness area: gym, spa, and locker rooms. The floors are open-plan and punctuated by raw columns. The space is open and offers views of the Avenue de l'Opéra and Rue Daunou. Glass-walled meeting rooms of various sizes are created to meet user needs. Relaxation areas are installed on all floors and become the meeting points of the levels.

From the wellness area, the Parisian rooftops are revealed. Roof openings allow glimpses of the sky from the spa and hammam. While the hallways feature wood, parquet floors, and white walls, the atmosphere changes once you pass through the locker room doors. A full black space is revealed: intense, from floor to ceiling.
Elsewhere, walnut wood takes center stage. Marble adds a lot of character. The bar features it on its large counter, alongside solid brass. The selected carpets are originally designed for residential spaces. The refined joinery, made by the same craftsmen who worked on Gustave I, plays a major aesthetic role. The decor, entirely sourced by MVE-Collection, recalls a domestic language: users might feel as if they are in a luxurious Parisian apartment. Works of art, selected by the Studio during a meeting with the artists, complete the atmosphere.
