Located in the CBD core city landmark of Qianjiang, Hangzhou, this suite of rooms is by far the most premiere of private residencies, complete with a 270-degree view of the city you can easily view the West Lake and beautiful scenery. Measuring at 237 meters high, each room is carefully designed with different styles in order to allow the owner to truly experience the magnificent scenery of his vacation home. The key purpose of our design is to match the indoor and outdoor scenes bringing the urban landscape to the home in order to provide a paradisial environment for the own to rest and relax with family and friends. The primary colors used for the interior are those of logs, rocks, and white apricots. In terms of furniture, we chose items of spherical shape. These soft lines and edges provide the utmost comfort for the owner and guests. The living room design is clean and simple. According to the interests of the owner an entire tree was used to create the finishing for the walls. The concave and convex shapes and textures paired with the off-white color scheme provide a clean and linear wall design. The softness of the furniture and embellishments work together to provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere perfect for relaxation. During the design process we provided a different theme and story for each room respectively. This includes the master bedroom, dining room, living room, home office, entertainment and rest spaces. For the design we exclusively used full feeling arch-shaped elements, providing a comfortable and nostalgic child-like innocence to be enjoyed by adults. The guestroom spaces, accompanied by three French windows, all of different orientation, allow for a diverse set of city views. An outdoor shower area allows the owner and guests to enjoy life’s ethereal beauty from sunrise to sunset. Guestroom 1: The design of this room is simple but with a number of fine details, the color scheme is highlighted by soft tones of apricot, with black as the chosen color for the side paneling and headboard of the bed. The bedroom gives a warm and modest feeling, accompanied by a bathtub parallel to a window facing the West Lake. After a long day, one can simply relax and take in the beauty of the outdoor landscape. Guestroom 2: This is room is complete with a pair of twin beds, perfect for two old friends to catch up. The color scheme of this room uses black and gold tones providing a cool feeling of mystery. The scene found behind the bed is made from stone, adding natural elements to the modern style creating a stylish living space. Guestroom 3: Seemingly very simple in design, but combined with the deep thinking of Chinese Zen, not one redundant element is found in this room. The deep wood colors bring out a free and natural atmosphere, and above the bed hang two large glass chandeliers. The stone background is contemporary and stylish, perfectly complementing the French windows. This room truly embodies the simplicity and tranquility of modern Eastern design. The layout of the home uses a 270-degree semi-arch structure, with each room accompanied by a full bath and stunning views of the city landscape. The design provides a space which will satisfy the needs of the own and friends who wish to find a relaxing escape. The space is set with a panoramic view of all patterns and styles, while at the same time guests can enjoy privacy during reunions with their own independent living space and personal bathroom.
