The Transition carpet collection designed by Saguez & Partners with Manganèse Éditions combines durability and aesthetics. Faced with the urgency of the health, economic and environmental crises, Saguez & Partners is strengthening its commitment to eco-responsibility first by applying itself to sustainable development practices. Manufactured in partnership with the Danish manufacturer EGE, at the cutting edge of sustainable development, this new carpet collection adapts to new standards and meets new uses and the expectations of businesses and hotels.

INNOVATION & FUNCTIONNALITY :
A camouflage aesthetic but also a camouflage function With its play of floor tiles, the Transition carpet combines the practicality of its maintenance with its textured, moiré or marbled appearance, which has the double advantage of connecting workspaces to nature and camouflaging spots : these patterns allow any stains to blend into the decor. The possibility of varying color zones using a transitional carpet tile is another innovation. This trick allows you to create flow, naturally mark spaces, and incorporate touches of color. This carpet breaks with the cold and corporate colors of head offices. It surprises with the subtle tones of the furniture and the carpet, closer to the users, and with the presence of plants. This soft transition and this impression of nature bring a feeling of well-being.

SUSTAINABILITY : Waste is not waste until it’s wasted! Always in search of innovations to optimize the sustainability of its products, EGE has designed a carpet composed of two thermal and acoustic insulating layers. It uses recycled materials such as plastic bottles* instead of rubber on tile backings, and industrial waste and Econyl® yarn from fishing nets in the underlayer and the loop pile. Bearing the Cradle to Cradle Certification, it's a truly green choice for any flooring project with this NF Environnement certified product.

*Ege used 47,5 million of plastic bottles from may 2020 to 30 April 2021

CREATIVITY : The office guided by nature and the seasons Gone are the gray, stained industrial carpets of offices past. The agency has imagined a collection of carpet tiles available in multiple shades of brown and green that evoke nature and the changing seasons: spring glades, warm shadows of summer evenings, autumn forests, the dew of winter mornings... Designed for large surfaces, patterns are classified into three collections—Seed, Leaf and Fiber—that reinterpret a sense of naturalness in offices and hotels. Colors and designs overlap to create depth and give an impression of a soft and dense material that has movement and unity. The floors are covered with tones and gradients that create harmonies of shadows and light.
