ReStone is Mirage’sporcelain stoneware reinterpretation of a blend between limestone and Chauvigny stone, a calcareous stone extracted from the Vienne region. The collection features an aesthetic that evokes the sands of time, with a granular finish thatensures uniformity and a delicately marbled texture enhanced by subtle,non-invasive veining. This look is reminiscent of sandy landscapes dotted withmicrofossils that add depth and chromatic richness to the collection.

ReStone is designed andcrafted using the RESOURCE PROJECT
ReSource project embodies this commitment, combining production efficiency with tangible sustainability. It reflects Mirage dedication to continuous improvement processes that minimize environmental impact and maximize resource reuse.

These collections stand out for a dynamic eco-design process that regenerates materials and introduces innovative practices to reduce consumption. With ReSource, Mirage focuses on recovering and valuing what was previously considered waste, transforming it into valuable resources for a production model aimed at efficiency and respect for the natural balance, where nothing is wasted.

Mirage has exceeded the threshold of 60% in recovering production waste, reintegrating it into the production cycle of this specific product range. This approach allows the creation of porcelain stoneware surfaces that reduce environmental impact without compromising the high standards of quality and functionality that have always distinguished the Mirage brand.

For ReSource products, we have also adopted an 8 mm thickness—a choice that reflects our commitment to a sustainable footprint without neglecting design and usability. This seemingly minor technical detail has a significant impact, resulting in reduced resource consumption and lower energy use during the production cycle. Additionally, this choice optimizes transport by enabling more square meters per shipment, enhancing logistical efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions per square meter delivered to our customers.

ReUse, ReDuce, and ReSpect are the pillars of sustainable production that drive Mirage’s daily efforts Each ReSource collection contributes to a virtuous system that promotes material reuse, reduces consumption, and demonstrates respect for the environment, embodying our company’s commitment to a future where sustainability becomes a primary goal.
