Olé Lighting is a Spanish brand based in Valencia that designs lighting solutions from a sustainable, functional, and aesthetic perspective. PAMPA is a suspension lamp that goes beyond illumination. Specifically designed for work environments, it brings together visual comfort, acoustic well-being, and distinctive design in a single piece. It’s the perfect tool for interior designers and architects looking to create more human, efficient, and stylish workplaces.

Innovation
PAMPA stands out by integrating two essential technical features into a single product: glare control (UGR<16) and acoustic absorption. Developed with sound-absorbing panels and a professional optical system, it’s engineered to enhance the quality of work environments in offices and meeting rooms, improving wellness in the workplace by addressing both visual and auditory comfort—two pillars of neuroarchitecture. This field emphasizes how the built environment affects cognitive performance, mood and concentration. PAMPA translates these principles into a lighting solution that helps reduce stress, minimize distractions, and create healthier, more balanced work environments. Lighting and acoustics are no longer treated separately—PAMPA merges them into one elegant, effective solution tailored for contemporary interior design.

Functionality
Designed for professional environments, PAMPA features a high-efficiency LED system with UGR<16 (65º) and CRI>90, ensuring even, glare-free light. Its suspended panels, available in two sizes, help reduce ambient noise and improve speech intelligibility in open or shared spaces. Thanks to its aesthetic and technical versatility, PAMPA is ideal for meeting rooms, coworking areas, and modern office layouts.

Creativity
PAMPA proves that a technical product can also be visually compelling. Its clean geometry, the texture of the acoustic panels, and the seamless integration of its lighting system result in a piece that functions as both sculpture and light source. Available in different finishes, PAMPA adds character without visual clutter—a lamp that creates atmosphere, not just light.

Eco-Social Impact
Sustainability lies at the core of PAMPA. Each acoustic panel is made from 42 recycled plastic bottles, supporting the removal of plastic waste from the environment and promoting circular design. Additionally, the structure of the lamp is crafted from aluminium, a material known for its durability, lightness and high recyclability. Aluminium can be recycled indefinitely without losing its properties, reducing the need for raw material extraction and significantly lowering the product’s environmental footprint. By incorporating PAMPA into a project, designers support a circular production model and help reduce environmental impact in the workplace.
