Launched at Salone del Mobile, Milan in April 2024, the new Erosion Collection by Zaha Hadid Architects for Neutra explores a dynamic interplay between materiality, time and form.
The collection’s Minera Table celebrates the beauty of natural stone transformed over time. Carved from the finest Carrara marble, the fluid forms and sinuous lines of the collection blur the boundary between furniture and sculpture, suggesting an alternative concept of space. The Minera Table emerges as a singular composition defined by its materiality. Expressing the erosion evident in the natural world, the table’s fluid forms have been expertly carved by Neutra from a single block of marble.
Established in the town of Seregno, Lombardy, Neutra continues the rich traditions of the Italian region renowned for creating the finest designs with expert craftsmanship and precision. Comfortably accommodating up to eight diners, the table measures 320 x 160 x 72 centimetres and is an exclusive limited edition of eight pieces.
