We created a lamp using metal spinning. Metal spinning is a processing technique that uses a special machine to transform a sheet of metal into a three-dimensional shape. We applied this metal spinning technology to the design of lighting fixtures. We used " 7 processing techniques " including various processing techniques and new challenging techniques in order to create a special lamp. Through these " 7 processing techniques ", we will explore possibilities of metal spinning lamp.

The current lack of successors and the decline in the number of engineers are also significant in the metalworking field, which is also an issue in other fields. By applying this metal spinning technique from the perspective of product design and incorporating it into modern design, we hope to recognize this technology among people of all generations. By creating a lamp that combines metal spinning with lighting fixtures that are familiar to us, we can incorporate it into our daily lives.

"Plain" allows you to feel the beauty of metals. "Aburi" brings out the potential of metals by burning metals, and create beautiful colors. "Twist" creates a 3D pattern on the metal surface. "Aging" creates an antique look by accelerating the aging of metals. "Dyeing" dyes metals to create beautiful colors. "Perforated" is made by bending perforated metal. "Layer" is made by various shapes layering metal. Through " 7 processing techniques " , we’ll explore possibilities of metal spinning lamp.

This lighting fixture is connected to the ceiling surface using a standard lighting rail. The screw ring on the lighting fixture body can be removed and the lampshade can be easily replaced with another lampshade, making it easy to maintain. In addition, it is easy to replace the lampshade with another one, and the design of the lighting fixture can also be easily changed, making it possible to accommodate changes in interior design and renovations.

" 7 processing techniques " are new techniques that we have attempted together with our engineers. After many prototypes and experiments, we have created new techniques and created a unique design. Along with the lighting, you can also enjoy the beauty of the metal as it ages. We believe that Metal Spinning Lamp, which makes use of the characteristics of metals will be an advanced design that will add elegance to a variety of spaces.
