LOJA – hand-blown glass, nickel-plated steel and extraordinary paper

LOJA is a series of luminaires driven by an interest in a sculptural statement with a sustainable approach in particular. The luminaires celebrate geometric simplicity in their lightness, rigor, and directness. The adjustable lampshade, with its defined and characterful gesture, allows an atmospheric interplay of direct and indirect lighting, giving an emotional quality to the draft.

In keeping with the Midgard DNA, the lamp consists of only three materials, which can be separated and are also 100% recyclable: hand-blown glass, paper, and steel. A soft touch stepless dimmer and an LED unit with an excellent color rendering index of RA95 LOJA illuminate any space harmoniously.

All LOJA components are slotted together, not glued. This means that each individual part can be exchanged by the user, and the LED and transformer can also be replaced without using any tools.

The LED lighting unit and glass dome are designed so that it can be changed manually without any tools. Working with the same LED unit as AYNO Midgard is setting its own sustainable standards as a system. The use of the DC Adapters ensures the tool-free plug-and-play principle. These plugs allow a sustainable exchange of individual lighting components (transformer, LED lighting unit or cable)
