Innovation and Creativity
Chi Armchair integrates Taoist philosophical principles into both the aesthetic and functional design of seating furniture, pursuing a healthy lifestyle rooted in ancient Asian wisdom while being seamlessly adapted to modern lifestyles. The concept of "Chi" (vital energy) in Taoism represents the energy of life and symbolizes an internal state of harmony, characterized by unobstructed breath and mental vitality. The armrests of Chi draw inspiration from the wide sleeves of traditional East Asian attire, featuring smooth curves and a hollow structure. Its seat cushion is designed to be thin and suspended, reducing weight while creating intentional voids that evoke meditative serenity. These elements collectively embody a formal expression of fluid energy.

Functionality
Unlike lounge-oriented sofa designs, Chi maintains an upright and spirited form. We aim for users to experience both comfort and dignified vitality.
Taoist teachings on health-preserving sitting and reclining postures are reflected in the chair's functionality. When seated upright, the backrest supports the spine in a natural position to liberate the natural rhythm of breath. Given its generous proportions, users may also recline by resting their legs on the armrests, allowing complete physical relaxation.

Eco-Social Impact
The Chi Armchair consists of four detachable units: two armrests, a backrest, and a seat cushion. The armrests and backrest are connected to the seat cushion via screws. Users can unzip the zipper compartment beneath the seat cushion and assemble the components effortlessly using a screwdriver. The disassembled parts can be stacked compactly, significantly saving storage and shipping space.
