The relationship between wellbeing and our environment is being re-evaluated as people take a more holistic and restorative approach to their health. Environments that are calming and supportive are coming to the fore, as we designers take a new approach to promote healing and therapeutic spaces. We dedicated time to Research & Development to design a seamless experience for a workout routine with thoughtful functionality of each item. Capsula Kit is the first functional product on the market which connects exercise and interior to promote wellbeing. We create spaces that are a blended haven for sustainability, self-care, and conscious living. Each piece of the kit is designed to blend into the interior by adding functionality. It consists of essential workout equipment enclosed in a Capsula storage solution.

Capsula Kit is available in neutral beige color with soft sand tones and grey-blue with its depth and calmness. Every product can be customized according to the interior design, matching its color pallet and adding the logo to the products of the client’s brand. Capsula Kit consists of storage, a mat that comes in two meaningful designs, dumbbells that double as sculptural design pieces, and fashionable resistance bands.

Storage made of recycled wood functions as a useful side table. The design philosophy of this object lies on a thin line between iconic simplicity and elegance within its function. The top lid part can be used as a functional tray. Mats double as decorative rugs with its soft vegan eco-suede top-layer material. They have two meaningful 3D artworks: Slowness and Togetherness. The calming wave represents a slower approach to aspects of everyday life, and the ability to be in the present moment. Two stones represent the idea of togetherness and connection with others. Silicon dumbbells have a touch-friendly coating and neutral color selection, making them fit harmoniously within interiors. The nylon bands are long-life products that are very comfortable while wearing. The nylon fibers have excellent abrasion resistance, a great elastic recovery, and can stretch to their limits without losing shape. We applied the most durable, advanced materials available in the fitness industry, combining them with the soft touch and elegant look that suits the home interior.

Wellness is an active pursuit that is linked with intentions, choices, and actions as we work toward an optimal state of health and wellbeing. The innovative aspect of this project is to design a product that helps to extend wellbeing beyond physical health and unites relational, mental, and communal wellbeing, together with environmental sustainability. The whole idea was to encourage people to discover joyful details and seize healing moments in everyday life by providing high-quality, aesthetically inspiring workout equipment. Not only does it motivate users to exercise and stay healthy, but it also helps create a more inviting atmosphere in the living spaces.
