Bright Little Things designs and produces high-end finishing components for electrical switchgear made from solid surface materials. We call it our BLT menu.

This menu offers four different collections based on our universal model 5101. This model supports multiple functions and buttons. It provides a single finishing part for switching, pulse switching, and/or dimming, supplemented by a wide variety of buttons. There's no need for excessive plastic components anymore. It's all about the button!

Moreover, fully integrated USB connections and power outlets are incorporated into one single finishing part.

The finishing parts of the rotary dimmer fits over many renowned stainless steel built-in components, so you might only have to replace the finishing part of the most expensive built-in components of your installation.

BLT pioneered a new application for Solid Surface: very small components with refined milling techniques. The design of the knobs is original in terms of size, material, and shape. Because the finishing parts work with renewed built-in components that have proven themselves, installers are familiar with the built-in products and can easily buy the built-in products at their own supplier.

Universal model 5101 can be placed both vertically and horizontally and is easy to install through strong magnetic attachment. They are also easy to clean and are dishwasher-safe.

Switching (more than dimming) your lightning is a basic need and a conspicuous switch is more visible. Power outlets and/or USB connections are nowadays necessary for connecting your equipment. Home automation is fun to play with, but a (pulse)switch is the most important part of it. BLT finishing parts are useful for everyone.

Our finishing parts complements Solid Surface furniture of other designers and brands. And to top it off, the BLT menu can be complemented with the Fynez (kitchen) plinth with integrated power outlets.

The BLT office is based in the centre of Amsterdam, and delivers weekly nesting programs for the CNC- machine close to Amsterdam. All our parts are produced nearby Amsterdam and are truly Dutch Design.

We don’t need green washing. Our Solid Surface materials are highly durable and resistant to wear, scratches, and stains. They maintain their aesthetic appeal for many years. Damages to Solid Surface can be easily repaired through polishing or sanding. Generally, the production of Solid Surface materials has a low VOC emission. Recyclability at the end of the lifespan: Solid Surface can be recycled by grinding it and reusing it as raw material for new Solid Surface products.

The long lifespan and the repairability of the material make the BLT finishing parts highly suitable for recycling; they can be reused in subsequent projects.

The fact that the finishing elements fit onto existing built-in components is less burdensome for the environment; built-in components can be retained and simply fitted with new BLT finishing parts.
