The AXI is both a sculpture in space and a functional object.

The linear and pure shape of the suspension plays with the simplicity and technicality of the borosilicate glass tube mixed with textured and colored glass petals that bring materiality and expressiveness to the piece.

These molded glass pieces gravitate around the tube, like floating pieces by playing with light, its nuances, and mysteries, it offers transparency effect, diffusion, and refraction. The work of texture and color, specific to the tradition of Venetian glass, reinforces AXI’s personality and anchors it in the history of Italian glass.

This lamp proposed in horizontal and vertical version consists of modules, assembled to create compositions with different shapes, sizes and accents to sign and illuminate multiple universes and environments.

Assumed in subtle and delicate shades, these variations of Murano glass petals represent a perfect balance between technology and tradition, experimentation as well as age-old know-how in the manipulation of glass through the singularity of each of these handcrafted pieces.

Axi is distinguished by the obvious complementarity between the purity of its borosilicate glass suspension and the singularity of its Murano glass petals.
