High wooden stool Diox tells the story of noble wood subjected to the hand of the craftsman. Its image is inspired by craftsmanship, the smell of wood shavings, and the precise movement of the carpenter's skilled hands on the product. Diox establishes a direct link between the chemistry of creating a product and its final perception. Bold wooden elements in solid ash wood. Tactilely pleasing edges rich in natural texture. A whole image that both calls for continuity and returns us to the natural sources of creative power. And at the same time continuing to weave the fabric of time, enriching the world with a new realised subject. Diox reinterprets the joinery of the past, into a contemporary cultural element, keeping it natural and simple.

We were inspired by the unpretentious woodworking of the carpentry craft used by our great grandfathers. Creating a solid look, with a primitive design that appeals with its simplicity. We use local ash wood from logging farms in the Sumy region in Ukraine that protect, reproduce as well as grow young forests. Diox is easy to remember with its balancing stainless steel footrest. The combination of hyperbolic elements of the chair, with natural textures create a rigour that is so necessary for modern interiors with a pronounced architectural component.
