Workspace Design Show Amsterdam 2025 Set to Inspire the Future of Workspaces

Registration is now open for Workspace Design Show 2025, taking place 5–6 November at RAI Amsterdam. Following its hugely successful debut in October 2023, the show returns with the theme “Activate the Senses”, exploring how sensory design influences productivity and wellbeing in the workplace. With over 5,000 attendees expected, including architects, designers, workplace strategists, and interiors professionals, this year’s event is set to be bigger and more inspiring than ever.

What to expect on the conference stages

Visitors can look forward to an unmissable lineup of 35+ panel discussions and 120+ expert speakers from leading global firms including OMA, MVRDV, UNStudio, Mecanoo, Gensler, Amazon, Booking.com, Adidas, ABN AMRO, Sanofi, and AECOM. Discussions will cover topics such as:

The show will feature five immersive feature spaces designed by UNStudio, Mecanoo, M Moser Associates, and Casper Schwarz Architects, offering sensory-driven experiences that challenge and inspire. Visitors can also take part in the Biophilic Design Academy Mood Board Contest, encouraging creative exploration of nature-inspired design principles.

Adding to the excitement, the FRAME Awards will be hosted live at the show, celebrating excellence and innovation in interior and product design.
