Fuelled by a desire to improve the way people work, The Office Group’s journey began in 2003 when cofounders Olly Olsen and Charlie Green opened their first building on City Road in London. Comprising TOG and Fora, The Office Group seeks to remagine what the world of work looks like and shape it for the future – ultimately creating flexible and individually designed workspaces where both people and businesses thrive.

Designed to deliver a true sense of ownership, TOG’s design-forward, 'non-branded’ workspaces offer maximum flexibility and control – of space and contract. Fora provides all-inclusive, people and hospitality-led workspaces, where day-to-day office management is taken care of so that businesses are free to focus on what matters: their business.

Filled with like-minded people, The Office Group’s spaces are home to a vibrant and diverse network of businesses from new ventures to established brands. Every location is designed to users a choice of how and where they work. The company has collaborated with the likes of Norm Architects, Waugh Thistleton Architects, Universal Design Studio and many more, skillfully retrofitting heritage buildings and setting sector-leading precedents.

Last year, for instance, TOG unveiled London’s tallest mass-timber structure – its Black & White Building. The company looks beyond work toward sustainability, hospitality and wellness for inspiration, finding ways to create interiors that offer context-driven experiences.
