Through a retail lens, this means constantly looking to the future. Our in-house retail design team creates compelling, scalable retail concept designs for all the brand's commercial channels. By understanding our consumers and the changing retail landscape, we craft experiences that always strive to push the boundaries in design culture, sustainability, and innovation. 

We collaborate with world-renowned interior design and architecture firms to help us bring to life consumer experiences that are sympathetic to each location. With every new project, we see an opportunity to test and learn. From creating the most sustainable adidas store to date in Munich, installing an air-purifying system through plants in Berlin, and creating an ever-evolving gallery in Tokyo inside Originals Harajuku, we see our retail spaces as a playing field to inspire and engage. Whether through design language, digital experiences, membership programs, or local activations, the connection to sport remains at the heart of all our stores.
