  2. Inclusivity is a core principle, evident through features like a reception desk that accommodates conversations at standing or seated levels, accessible door handles and an audio induction loop in the multi-purpose auditorium to accommodate those with hearing impairments. - Chris Wharton
  3. The new space seeks to unite all employees, merging the separate business units into a single cohesive space, as the firm’s previous office was disjointed, with business units separated from one another. - Chris Wharton
  4. Lighting on the ceiling demarcates wayfinding, with panel lighting running the length of circulation paths. - Chris Wharton
  5. A central staircase encourages movement and interaction between floors, fostering connection between different areas of the office. - Chris Wharton
  6. An open-plan layout is interspersed with areas for privacy, ensuring privacy for employee wellbeing and productivity and maintaining client confidentiality when necessary. - Chris Wharton
  7. Multiple work typologies have been incorporated including designated quiet areas, bookable meeting rooms, focus rooms and a work lounge on level 13 with access to a terrace. - Chris Wharton
  8. The 4,650-sq-m office accommodates 600-plus employees and is designed to meet a projected increased headcount of eight per cent over the next decade. - Chris Wharton
  9. Varied colour and lighting options ensure sensory calm environments for those sensitive to higher levels of auditory and visual stimulation. - Chris Wharton
