Going beyond the traditional trade show format, Integrated Systems Europe 2024 will provide a setting for architects, interior designers, and technology experts to come together in exploring the future of integrated design.
In the ever-evolving landscape of architecture and interior design, the integration of cutting-edge technology has become an indispensable element. Technologies for health and wellbeing, ‘living at work’, aging in place, and sustainability have risen to the top of client agendas. And our whole built environment needs to be sustainable and carbon-neutral – not just homes and workplaces. Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2024 offers a platform for architects and interior designers to seek inspiration and stay abreast of the latest advancements in these areas. The next addition will take place at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via from 30 January to 2 February 2024.
The dynamic show brings together professionals from diverse industries to explore the seamless synergy of technology, design and architecture. From the latest innovations for the residential market to lighting solutions and smart building technologies, ISE 2024 is set to present more than 1,200 exhibitors with solutions for every application. Set across eight halls, seven Technology Zones will highlight strategies for developing comfortable, fully integrated and secure smart homes and buildings.

In addition to the show floor, the comprehensive ISE Conference Programme offers thought leadership and insights into topics that are highly relevant today, and will grow in importance tomorrow. CEDIA – the association for smart home professionals and a pioneer in the home technology integration space – will deliver a programme that delves into the intricacies of smart homes and sustainable design.
-The Smart Home Technology Conference Programme runs from 30 January to 2 February and offers sessions focussing on technical installation and design, business excellence and future trends, that provide a comprehensive overview for professionals looking to stay at the forefront of the industry.
-The theme of the Smart Home Technology Stage in Hall 2 is ‘Unlocking the Potential of Smart Living’. This stage serves as a melting pot for invaluable insights, engaging discussions, and unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
-The newly introduced Sustainability Workshop will address ‘Navigating the Future Together’. Scheduled for 2 February, it is designed to be highly interactive, with attendees actively participating in exercises outlined in an accompanying workbook. Led by Simon Brown, this workshop promises a thought-provoking exploration of sustainability in the context of smart home design.

The CEDIA Smart Home Awards recognize exemplary projects in the smart home industry. Cyberhomes Limited | The Ruby Cinema, Macbee Pvt. Ltd. | Tech Oasis and Inspired Dwellings were winners this year.
There is also the chance to experience innovative audiovisual (AV) technology in real-time during the week of ISE. ISE sponsors the Festival Llum BCN, one of Europe’s premier light art festivals. Organized by Barcelona City Council, Llum BCN unites interventions by creators from all areas of the visual arts, including contemporary art, design, architecture, technology and lighting design. The three-day festival (2-4 February) provides an opportunity to enjoy lighting installations designed by internationally renowned artists in the city.
In addition, ISE will once again give visitors access to behind the scenes of one-off innovative projects in Barcelona. A collaboration with the Catalan Audiovisual Cluster, the ISE 2024 Tech Tours carve the space for one to witness cutting-edge technologies in action from the ISE show floor.
