Taking place on 24 October at Hong Kong’s M+ Museum, the grand finale of FRAME Awards 2024 will bring designers, brands and clients together for a programme of engaging talks and winner celebration.
Following on a vibrant live ceremony last year in Shenzhen, our 2024 Awards event is a chance for FRAME’s community to meet, connect and celebrate great design. The day-long occasion culminates nearly a year’s worth of project and product submissions on our online Awards platform, with annual winners to be announced after lengthy deliberations by our grand jury. Attendees can expect insightful keynotes, panel discussions and winner speeches, tying together learnings from the awarded works.
Themed ‘The Value of Design’, the programme – moderated by FRAME’s editor in chief Floor Kuitert – will bring leading names from Asian design to the M+ Museum stage, including representatives from Neobio, AD Architecture, OMA, Design Shanghai, Mandarin Oriental, and more. Winning designers and studios from across our Spatial, Product, Executional and Honorary categories are set to be awarded throughout the day, to be announced on Frameweb after the event.
Acknowledging the prominent presence of China-based designers in the FRAME Awards community, the Hong Kong event will be conducted primarily in Mandarin Chinese. Rounding out the night is an invite-only party for shortlisted studios, winners and contributing design leaders, to conclude FRAME Awards 2024 with fanfare.
Those planning to join in on the day can also mark their calendars for the evening of 23 October. Italian furniture company Moroso will kick off the FRAME Awards 2024 grand finale, with drinks and canapes at Hong Kong’s House Studio 1F.
